As a nonprofit organization dedicated to the betterment of the West Perrine community, we have undertaken various initiatives to bring about positive change. From housing developments to economic empowerment programs, each project is aimed at enhancing the lives of our residents and fostering a thriving community.
HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES
The West Perrine Community Builders Association provides resources to support housing opportunities for residents, such as information, referrals, and possibly grants or assistance programs, rather than directly offering housing services.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The West Perrine Community Builders Association focuses on economic development to improve the local economy and create opportunities for residents. This includes supporting local businesses through grants, loans, and training programs, attracting new businesses to the area, providing workforce development opportunities, supporting entrepreneurship, investing in infrastructure improvements, and implementing community revitalization projects.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
The organization organizes community events like reunions, picnics, and cultural celebrations to bring residents together, as well as educational workshops and youth programs to empower and engage the community. We also offer volunteer opportunities and collaborate with local organizations to enhance community life.
ADVOCACY EFFORTS
The organization engages in advocacy efforts to address community needs and promote positive change through policy advocacy, community organizing, coalition building, awareness campaigns, and legislative advocacy.
